We offer one-year warranty for all the jewelries from the date of original order to ensure you will have a enjoyable shopping experience and absolute trust in the FANCI brand.
1. The freight for shipping back to Fanci will be paid by the customers & the freight for shipping to customers will be paid by the Fanci.
2. Make sure items will be packaged safely before sending it back. Fanci is not responsible for missing or damaging in transit.
3. The shipping method with tracking numbers must be used while shipping items back. Packages without tracking numbers won’t be handled.
4. Fanci is entitled to cancel warranty with non-normal abrasion and intentional damage which is decided by our jewelry specialists.
Steps for warranty：
Step1: Sending email for applying maintenance
Order number, full name of the buyer, e-mail address and explanation for the products’ damage &pictures of prove needed to be attached to the e-mail.
Step2: Receiving the e-mail of maintenance
You will receive an e-mail with tittle “notification of maintenance by Fanci” within 48 hours once you send the maintenance e-mail. There is further instruction in this e-mail for you.
Step 3: Packing and shipping the items back
Please attach your order number, full name of the buyer, e-mail address to the package. The package should be tracked and paid before shipping out.
Step 4: Finishing maintenance and sending back
After we receive package, we will arrange maintenance as soon as possible and mail the product to you after maintenance.
